BERGFESTival: Skiopening for Rock fans
For two days and two nights, Saalbach Hinterglemm and the entire ski resort turn into a festival village. In addition to skiing and winter sports in general, the event is all about music, with high-carat live bands performing against a breath-taking mountain backdrop.

Bands such as Sportfreunde Stiller, Kraftklub, The Hives, Alligatoah and Wanda played to full houses (or should we say chalets?) in recent years. The bands play at several different locations, either in a cosy mountain chalet, on the big outdoor stage or in the clubs of the resort.
What started out as a crazy idea has become a beloved tradition. In 2018, the festival will take place for the sixth time.
