A magical and different summer season at the Home of Lässig is about to begin. The summer cable cars in Saalbach Hinterglemm operate regularly and reliably as usual. D1 REITERKOGELBAHN
From the centre of Hinterglemm it only takes a few minutes to reach 1,480 m above sea level. The Reiterkogel opens up inspiring perspectives and is the direct entry point to various family-friendly activities. Kodok Mountain and Expedition Kodok inspire young guests, bikers let off steam on the Blue Line and Pro Line, while the medicinal herb trail and the wellness trail focus on pure relaxation.
H1 + H2 KOHLMAISBAHN
The Kohlmaisbahn mountain station is located at 1,794 m and is directly connected to the centre of Saalbach. On Montelino’s adventure trail with water playground and wildlife feeding, the youngest ones romp around and marvel at the bird of prey training. Biking beginners venture onto the Panorama Trail and the Monti Trail, while pros tackle the Root Trail with direct access to the Bikepark Leogang.
A1+A2 SCHATTBERG X-PRESS
Also located in the centre of Saalbach, the Schattberg X-press provides access to one of the most beautiful summits in the Home of Lässig with the mountain station at 2,020 m above sea level. This is the starting point for the mountain hikes Pinzgauer Spaziergang and The Seven Summits as well as the popular bike route X-Line. With the summit playground there is also some action for kids.
A3+A4 WESTGIPFELBAHN
From the western edge of the centre of Hinterglemm, the Westgipfelbahn takes you up to 2,096 m, right into the heart of a real hiking and biking paradise. The top station is located at the long-distance hiking trails “The Seven Summits” and “Pinzgauer Spaziergang”. The Hacklberg Trail as well as the Bergstadl Trail await experienced bikers.
A6 SCHATTBERG SPRINTER
Not far from the top stations of the Westgipfelbahn and the Schattberg X-press, the Schattberg Sprinter offers a direct connection to the entrances of the Bergstadl Trail and the Hacklberg Trail. Instantly you will reach an impressive altitude of 2,090 m above sea level.
B1+B2 12ER KOGEL
The Zwölferkogel, connected to Hinterglemm by the KOGEL 12 cable car, promises exciting variety. Arrived at 1,984 m, you can expect a fantastic view as well as the action-packed bike route Z-Line and the cozy home-trail for hikers. Children and young people will get their money’s worth on the summit playground and the slackline course.
